Return and Refund Policy

At Elyra, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@myelyra.store with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@myelyra.store within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and provide a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned without approval.
