Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Canada: 8–18 business days

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take several business days to update after shipment. If your tracking information has not updated immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and update the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@myelyra.store. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
